What is the name of the publication house?

The journal is published by CBIT Publication.

Authors can submit their manuscripts anytime through online submission or by emailing them to info@jgsr.in. Accepted papers will be published in the upcoming issue. 

The Manuscript Template is available in the DOWNLOAD menu. 

The Copyright Form is available in the DOWNLOAD menu.

Yes, you can submit more than one paper for the same issue. 

Acknowledgment emails are usually sent within 72 hours. If you don’t receive one, please email info@jgsr.in

Manuscripts should have a minimum of 5 pages and a maximum of 15 pages. 

A maximum of five authors is allowed per paper. 

Like many publishers, JGSR requires a copyright transfer before publication. This allows JGSR to publish and protect the article while authors retain significant rights to their work. 

The review process uses a double-blind peer review system. The reviewer and author identities are kept anonymous to ensure unbiased evaluation. 

Rejected papers may require major revisions or may not meet the journal’s criteria. Authors are encouraged to revise their work based on reviewers’ recommendations and re-submit. Each paper has a maximum of three review rounds. 

Revised papers are sent back to reviewers for further evaluation. Once feedback is received, authors will be notified of the publication decision. 

The journal does not accept papers with high plagiarism. Turnitin or iThenticate software is used to ensure similarity does not exceed 20%, excluding the reference section. 

No, you need to send the full paper for the review process. 

Yes, authors will receive a free link to download their publication certificate immediately after publication. 

Yes, all published papers are free to download. JGSR supports Open Access. 

JGSR is a quarterly journal that publishes four issues per year. 

Published papers are typically indexed within 2-3 weeks and should be visible online within 15-20 days. 

Cite papers using the title, author’s name, and publication date. 

Corrections are possible if requested within 24 hours. Email a copy of the published paper, the MS Word file, and highlight the required changes. Include “Paper ID and Correction Needed” in the email subject line. 

Yes, but you must cite the original paper as a reference.
