About HOD

Dr. R. Uma Devi, MBA, Ph.D., has been working as Associate Professor, HOD in the department of MBA, and initiator, coordinator for the Entrepreneurship Development Cell in CBIT, Proddatur.  As a Passion towards teaching she completed 18 Years of experience in the relevant field and attended workshops, conferences and published various articles in national and international journals, and written books related to the Finance and Human Resource Management.  

She organized various events related to academics and entrepreneurship with a motto to inspire the students to become entrepreneurs and to enrich them.  She is also an certified soft skills trainer and conducted workshops on self-development and motivational skills for various students and employees of corporate.  Her research work on working capital management is a great contribution to the filed of finance.
